Dan Lindich, 2018, is an Epidemiology Research Coordinator at Rush University Medical Center Department of Preventative Medicine

"I oversee recruitment and study related visits/assessments for a large clinical trial called the ELM study here at Rush. This is a 5-year study focused on reversing the Metabolic Syndrome in adults ages 18-80 years old. My duties include designing and implementing recruitment strategies, performing one on one research assessments with participants, and teaching information sessions to large groups of potential participants."

"My job is to work with the community to help educate about the benefits of tobacco policies. I work with worksites, parks, outdoor venues, apartment complexes, partnerships, and schools. A big part of my work is with Students Working Against Tobacco (SWAT). Together we do important work educating and advocating against tobacco use among youth  as well as the marketing efforts of big tobacco."
