       Summer and Fall Registration Updated   

Read about the changes in registrationStudents will register for summer classes in the current "My Illinois State" system, however the new system, "Campus Solutions" , will be up and running to register for fall classes.  It is called " Go Illinois State ".  That should begin in late March/early April.  Click on the link and check out other details.

       Safety Student Receives $1000 ASA Chicago Safety Scholarship

Kort Williams received was the first student selected by the ASA Chicago Safety & Insurance Committee to receive the 2014 ASA Chicago Safety Scholarship of $1,000.
The goal of the Chicago Safety & Insurance Committee in establishing this scholarship is to support students, like Kort, who demonstrate a commitment to completing their education, reaching their goals, and hopefully pursuing a career in the Construction Health & Safety field upon graduation. Congratulations Kort!

       Environmental Health Discovery Scholarship - Check out the Deadline

The Health Sciences Environmental Health Program has a scholarship available for qualifying Illinois State University Environmental Health Students called the "Environmental Health Discovery Scholarship"Application deadline is March 20, 2015.

Great Fav's is in need of student volunteers to receive, sort, and pass out bags of produce.  This organization provides the opportunity for Faculty, Staff, and Students to receive produce at a much reduced price after procuring it from US Foods at a great price.  Produce prices are on the rise due to production costs.  If your RSO is looking for a service opportunity, this would be a great one.  Find our more on Signup Genius.

Student Recognition Day is March 22, 2015, 1:30p.m., in the Old Main Room at the Bone Student Center.  Health Sciences welcomes the guests of all those students receiving recognition for their Awards and Scholarships.
